Bay Street Yard is proud to offer The Loft, an exclusive second-level event venue for VIP seating and unique experiences in Downtown Fort Myers.
About The Loft
The Loft consists of several reserved areas including three suites, rails, and table sections. Reservations guarantee space based on group size, but do not guarantee which section you will be assigned to. Please note your preferences on the reservation; our team will make every effort to accommodate!
PARTY SIZES
Parties under 8 guests who would like to reserve a section should select “8” as your party size. You will receive 8 wristbands to use upon arrival regardless if you have fewer in your party. Bring your friends or make new ones to join you!
Parties up to 8 will be assigned to a rail or high-top table section.
Parties of 9-10 will be assigned to a suite.
Parties of 11-18 will be assigned to a suite and rail or high-top section.
Parties of 19-26 will be assigned to a suite, rail, and high-top section.
Deposit & Beverage minimum
Deposits represent the minimum beverage spend required to secure your reservation based on the size of your group. When you arrive for your reservation, the deposit will be applied directly to your beverage tab.
For example: If you make a $240 deposit today, your beverage tab on the day of your reservation will start at -$240. You and your guests will then spend against this minimum until it is met or exceeded.
FOOD TRUCKS
Food is purchased from the trucks separately from your beverage tab on an individual/per-person basis. Food purchases cannot be merged with your beverage tab to meet the required minimum.
Please submit a private event request if you’d like to cover the cost of food for your guests, our team will assist in arranging food vouchers or pre-arranged catering.
