Full-Venue Rentals
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including both bars, food truck coordination, and entertainment support. Full buyouts are ideal for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale celebrations, with customized bar service and event setups available.
Entertainment & Amenities
Bay Street Yard features a covered stage for live performances and DJs, an 8′ x 13′ LED screen for sporting events or special broadcasts, and outdoor games like cornhole and ping pong. The 12,000-square-foot layout offers flexible space for both casual and upscale gatherings.
The Loft & Private Suites
Upstairs, The Loft includes three private suites: Haven and Tryst for 10 to 26 guests each, and Elysium for 10 to 18 guests. Suites can be reserved individually or together for up to 70 guests, with optional amenities like a private bartender, custom setups, and tailored food and beverage packages. Deposits or minimums may apply.
Holiday Events
Celebrate the season in style! Group bookings made through October for events taking place through the end of the year will include a complimentary champagne toast for guests.
