Bay Street Yard announces
Labor Day weekend entertainment lineup

Bay Street Yard, downtown Fort Myers’ popular outdoor entertainment venue, has announced its entertainment lineup for Labor Day weekend.

While the venue will be closed on Labor Day (Monday), the days prior will be packed with music, football and festivities.

The holiday celebrations will kick off on Thursday at 7 p.m. with Reggaeton After Dark, featuring DJ Africa. On Friday, guests can enjoy a mix of live and DJ performances with The Common Criminals from 6 to 9 p.m. followed by DJ E3 from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Saturday will include a combination of sports and music for all-day entertainment. Bay Street Yard will broadcast the major college football games on its impressive 8-foot by 13-foot LED TV screen with sound. Fans can catch Texas vs. Ohio State at noon followed by Alabama vs. Florida State at 3:30 p.m. After the games, guests can stick around to enjoy live music from The Highway 41 Band from 6 to 9 p.m. and Ian Kelley from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Saturday game day specials are available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring $1.50 jumbo wings, $5 angus beef sliders, $5 fried chicken sliders and $30 BSY Buckets, which include seven mix-and-match cans of beer.

At 4 p.m. on Sunday, guests can celebrate with a high-energy Carribean-inspired event to round out the weekend. Roots – Carribean meets House Music, sponsored by the Key West Express, will feature food, drinks, hookah, body paint and prize drawings. Jungle attire is encouraged.

Admission is free all weekend, and the venue offers seating for over 300 guests with two full-service bars and a variety of outdoor games such as cornhole, ping pong and more.

VIP suites are also available upstairs at The Loft for groups of 10-24 people with a $40-60 minimum food and beverage spend per person. Four-person tables adjacent to the stage can be reserved for $100 per table for four hours. Bottle service is also available to VIP guests.
